The valley is a haven for wildlife. Last season over 35 different types of bird were seen, including buzzards which nest nearby.

 

There is also the chance to see all sorts of fish, frogs, lizards and pine martins, amongst the many other species to be found.

 

The grounds and surrounding areas offer potential for walks, cycling, running, wildlife discovery and bird/butterfly spotting!
